TO COVID-19
Our response to COVID-19
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact daily life, our full focus remains on helping our customers to run their businesses. We do so with our customers’ health and wellbeing as our main priority. We have taken government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19, and as a result we have put in place the following measures:
Ensuring a safe working environment
We operate a track & trace system to all visitors and have temporarily removed the use of visitor lanyards for extra precautions. All visitors are temperature checked on arrival and are asked to sanitize hands.
Frequent Cleaning
The HUB is cleaned daily, has a weekly anti-viral fogging treatment and all spaces – desk & meeting are sanitized after use.
Physical distancing
Clear floor markers are in place to maintain the safe 2-meter distance and screens are provided should you require usage.
Meet Safely
We have limited the number of people allowed in meeting areas and have provided PPE to ensure you feel safe and protected whilst undertaking your meetings / training courses. Refreshments are available but are served in disposable cups and bottles.
