It can be difficlut to find larger spaces in the lcoal area that are in the right budget for you. Triassic Business Hub offer flexible spaces to be used for activities such as meetings, training, events or presentations. These are hired out on an hourly basis and are included in membership discounts. We’ll work with you to make sure this space will be practical for your planned activity, just ask!

We have 3 modern, private meeting rooms of various sizes available at Triassic Business HUB. The room sizes range from 3.5m x 3.8m to 3.8m x 5m, and allow privacy and comfort to undertake a variety of activities which you may not be able to provide in your current work space.

THE HOUSMAN
Named after the Bromsgrove Poet. Size is 3.8m by 3.8m. The Housman can be accessed directly from reception. This room is the most private of them all due to being away from the hot desk space. Can be used as a private meeting space for up to 8 people however we recommend 6 for comfort. Circular table for ease of communication.

THE VANE
Named after Sir John Vane. Size is 3.8m by 4.9m. The Vane is our large boardroom with a large rectangular meeting table and sits 8-12 people. Can be used for a more formal setting, as well as removing the table to deliver a more informal speech/training space. Has a TV, projector and speaker system in so can be used to deliver training and presentations.

THE GRAFTON
Named after Sir Humphrey Stafford of Grafton. Size is 3.8m by 3.8m. Grafton is our smallest room and doubles up as a workspace when the centre is busy. Can be used to hold a meeting of up to 6 people with a Circular table for ease of communication.

Regular Tea & Coffee is served as standard and unlimited tap water is provided.
We serve a variety of hot & cold drinks and have the following ‘extras’ available to order:

We are also able to provide catering for your events and provide the following:
